Due to the current situation (COVID-19 pandemic), the COCCYX 2020 Scientific Program Committee has decided to hold our international symposium online.

| conditions of participation (COP): |
You will receive the participation documents by e-mail or post. Reduced prices can only be claimed if you can provide appropriate proof (membership or application for membership).
The received invoice must be transferred to the specified account within 14 days.
Changes and cancellations must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation of a service at Mari Punkt Bremen Event Organisation up to four weeks before the start of the event, a processing fee of 15.00 EUR will be charged, up to two weeks before the start of the event the cancellation fee will be 50 percent of the booked service, thereafter or in the event of non-participation 100 percent; however, it is possible to name a substitute participant. No costs will be charged for rebooking. In the event of a return debit note through the participant's own fault, a fee of 15.00 EUR will be charged.
With this registration, the participant acknowledges the reservation that he/she cannot make any claims for damages against the organiser if the implementation of the congress is made difficult or prevented by unforeseen political, economic or natural force as well as if programme changes have to be made due to cancellation of speakers etc. |

The organizer declines any liability to the participants for personal injury, property damage and financial losses. All participants waive for themselves, their relatives and their dependants any right of action or recourse against the organizer, its agents and assistants by submitting the registration for any accident or damage in connection with the event. Force majeure shall release the organizer from the obligation to comply with its obligations. The organizer reserves the right to change the program. |
